To Use the Piece Rate Calculator (for mail pieces 3.3 ounces or under):
1.
Enter the total circulation in the blue shaded cell
2.
Enter the percents of the circulation for each pre-sort level in the light green shaded cells. If you plan on delivering the mail pieces directly to the BMC or SCF (in total or partially), use the appropriate columns.
3.
Make certain that the rose highlighted cell equals 100%.
Numbers below do not include freight charges or fuel surcharges if you are shipping directly to BMC or SCF

Enter the total circulation in the blue shaded cell.
2.
Enter the weight of the mail piece (in ounces) in the yellow shaded cell.
3.
Enter the percents of the circulation for each pre-sort level in the light green shaded cells.
4.
Enter percent of circulation by destination entry discount level in the orange colored cells.
5.
Make certain that the rose highlighted cells equal 100%.
